Talent Acquisition
“Foster a culture of high performers.”
That was the first line of the brief when we began developing a campaign to support Freddie Mac’s hiring (or “Talent Acquisition”) efforts.
So we built a platform that would draw in job seekers who are fueled by an innate drive. Not pencil pushers, the passionate opportunists and ambitious achievers who strive to make an impact. High performers and status-quo shakers. The ones who refuse to “circle back later” or “put a pin in it” when given the chance to simply get the job done.
But we also wanted to capture the joy of “Making Home Possible” — the feels-good spirit that goes hand-in-hand with empowering employees to use their expertise. It’s not a factory, after all, but a platform. A launchpad for innovative thinking that can shape the future of the housing industry.
Sleek photography, bold text monikers, and energetic color accents from our brand’s secondary palette turn the office into the arena where Freddie Mac employees have the chance to make an impact as they work towards our mission.
