That was the first line of the brief that came in from our HR partners when we began developing a creative campaign to support Freddie Mac’s Talent Acquisition efforts.

We built a campaign to draw in applications from job seekers fueled by an innate drive. The passionate opportunists and ambitious achievers. High performers and status-quo shakers. The ones who show up every day hungry to move the needle. Who refuse to “circle back later” or “put a pin in it” when given the chance to simply get it done.

But we also wanted to capture the joy of “Making Home Possible” — the feels-good spirit that goes hand-in-hand with empowering employees to use their expertise. It’s not a factory, after all, but a platform. A launchpad for innovative thinking to shift the future of the housing industry.

Sleek photography, bold text monikers, and energetic color accents from our brand’s secondary palette turn the office into the arena where Freddie Mac employees have the chance to make an impact as they Make Home Possible.
